Thank you all of your ongoing donations to our Little Free Library. We have a good mix of fiction & nonfiction, secular & religious, ages & genres in the library. Children's books are always the most popular and move the fastest. Thank you for your continued support and donations.
Bethesda's Best will be going to Gibbs Garden on October 15th. Tickets are $20, $18 for 65+. Please sign up on the board in the fellowship hall so arrangements can be made for transportation. We plan on leaving at 9;30 am, it is an hour drive to our destination.
The Agape Circle will be meeting in the fellowship hall on October 13th at 6:30 pm. Ruth Cabiness will be presenting our program about the Quinn House. All are welcome.
Nathan and Dani were married in Westminster, SC on Saturday, October 3rd. They will be living in Lawrenceville, GA. Nathan is the son of Al and Bev Hombroek. We pray God's blessings on Nathan and Dani as they begin their life together as husband and wife.

We are so grateful for the time that Scotty Scoggins has been on our staff and shared his gifts with us as Contemporary Worship Leader. This past Sunday was his last official Sunday with us due to new responsibilities at his full time job. Scotty, Bethesda loves you, thanks you and prays God's blessings on you.
The Haase family joined Bethesda at the 8:45 service this past Sunday. They are transferring their membership to Bethesda from Cannon UMC in Lawrenceville. Please give the Haase family a warm Bethesda welcome when you see them!
Congratulations to Heath Murphy for qualifying as a National Merit Scholarship Semifinalist. Heath is a senior at Brookwood High School, is a member of the Bethesda Youth Group and sings bass in the Bethesda Chancel Choir.
In their junior year of high school, students take the PSAT, and their scores determine if they will be eligible for the National Merit Scholarship.
